Designation



    To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry.





    Certified Residential Specialist (CRS)





    The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) Designation is the professional Designation offered by the Council of Residential Specialists. The CRS Designation is the highest professional designation awarded to REALTORS® in the residential real estate sales field. Fewer than 3 percent of all REALTORS® hold the CRS Designation.





    Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS).
